As part of an Accenture consulting project for a computer hardware and services provider, our team headed an initiative to re-make the purchase experience within commercial online product engineering. The program goal was to lead the stakeholders’ project requirements gathering and documentation for the online reconstruction of an ecommerce billion dollar global B2B website. We brokered cross-team dependencies driving design and delivery schedules after introducing Agile into project management methodology.
