Travel Experience Tech

This global web services program encompassed project management and business systems analysis to define and execute user experience models for a customer facing channel. We conducted market research to build a meeting space availability engine for online conference bookings. In a separate program, we managed migration of legacy mainframe application to an SOA based global content management system by providing risk assessment during an 18-month project life cycle (with multiple languages, time zones) for nine hotel brands. We also led a project for the creation of destination city content, making it easier for travelers to explore destination activities according to a cross matrix of neighborhoods, cultural and personal proclivities.
